Quality and Claims Administrator

Location: : Lichfield - Birmingham, East Midlands, Tamworth
Rate: £ 18 K (full-time (per year))

In this role you will be required to deal with all aspects and administration to do with the claims system, authorising payments or the rejection of. You will be required to liaise with suppliers to find technical solutions, assist with dealer training, investigate and develop alternative packaging solutions to ensure costs are reduced whilst providing adequate protection for the products. You will also provide management data regarding the state of claims.

You must be an excellent communicator and demonstrate good technical knowledge, well organised and self motivated
