The Role
You'll be selling our recruitment services to a wide range of companies -both SMEs and blue-chips. You will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing your own business. You'll be developing your own list of clients that then come back to you with repeat business. This role is mainly phone based but client visits will also be apart of your job. This is a demanding role and only suitable for those willing to give it they're all. To achieve success we know we need to give our people the right tools, so we provide structured, formal training that will develop your natural sales skills.
